X-ark Warranty Info

All X-ark items are covered our one year and all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. if the customer finds nonhuman damage within two weeks of receiving the goods, we will send the replacement parts free of charge. If more than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt of the bike, customer need to pay shipping costs and replacement parts fee is free of charge. After 1 year, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental United States.

Target Audience Terms

Please note we do not accept warranty transfer, we only provide warranty to our original customers.

If you purchased a item and had it then shipped to another country, parts will only be sent to the country in which the bike was originally sent. X-ark warrants this product, including all individual components against defects in material or workmanship.

What Will We Do to Correct Issues with Your Ebike?

X-ark is committed to delivering a promise of professionalism when it comes to handling all bike issues. The form as below showed we provide the replacement parts with warranty period.

What do you need to do?

If you notice any problems under the warranty with your bike, please contact us as following.

Step 1: Contact X-ark Customer Care team x-arkshop@outlook.com attached with Order number/ID

Step 2: Provide photo or short video with a brief description of the problems and other details as requested by X-ark Customer Service.

Step 3: X-ark Customer Care team will reply to you ASAP.

Note: X-ark DO NOT replace any part without first inspecting photos or video of the damaged part.

What Will We Not Do?

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Wear and tear does not belong to the scope of the warranty.
  2. We will not offer warranty service to second owners.
  3. We will not free replace any part damaged by the user and by force majeure, including: product failure or damage caused by collision, falling, overloading, speeding and other human factors during riding and due to rain, ice and snow soaking, smoke, drugs, chemicals, corrosion and other damage caused by natural product failure or damage.
  4. We will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed upon prior to the fix.
  5. We will not pay for return shipping on any damaged or defective product or component.

We will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option.

Shipping Damage Claims

IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive.

  1. Notifyfreight damage claims no later than 14 days from receipt of product. Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment.
  2. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and dated images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Report damage claims within 7 days of delivery to a X-ark’s customer service representative. Please contact our Technical Support team for return/replacement instructions at: x-arkshop@outlook.com.

Credit Card Chargebacks:

If any product purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the item, then this Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card charge back has been resolved.
