- Weprovide free shipping for item to the 48 states in the continental United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), and we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO, generally using FedEx to ship.

Transportation Time:
Usually, our delivery time is expected to be 5-8 business days . Generally, the tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment. If for any reason you did not receive this package or would like more shipping information, please contact our X-ark customer service team at x-arkshop@outlook.com with the item description and your order number.
Other country’s Shipping Policy
- We are very sorry that we have not yet set up local warehouses in other countries, so all the item you purchased will be shipped from US We will add an additional shipping fee of about US$700 on the basis of the price of the item(the specific fee needs to be determined according to your delivery address). Shipping time usually takes 30-40 working days.
- Therefore, we recommend that you email our customer service team before placing an order. We will confirm your shipping cost and shipping time according to your delivery address. If your address is not suitable for delivery, we will also suggest you cancel the order.
Note: Please note that these are estimates and aren’t guaranteed; we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items. If you haven’t received the item, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 business days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
