The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our distribution center, we cannot make any changes to the order. If you discover a mistake with your purchase, please contact our customer service team immediately.
We process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. We cannot make any change once the order marked shipped, so please double confirm your address, phone number, order detail, and other information ASAP once the order is placed.
Once our warehouse receives the order for processing, shipping cannot be cancelled and will be subject to a $200 fee as handling fee per order.
VERIFY SHIPPING ADDRESS and delivery date. If the carrier cannot deliver the product to the address provided, you will be charged $200 for to be resent or returned and restocked in our inventory. X-ark will deduct the fee from any potential return.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In the event that we ship the wrong product(s) to you, we take full responsibility for the shipping fees associated with returning the incorrect item(s) and shipping the correct item(s) to you.
If you receive a product with quality issues, such as defects or damages, we will cover the shipping fees for the return of the faulty product and the delivery of a replacement item.
For all other cases, including returns or exchanges due to personal preferences or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees of per ebike.
Return of Unused Items Within 14 Days of Receipt.
You are entitled to return Your Item within 14 Calender Days of receipt in order to get the full refund with no restocking fee; for a full refund(not include return shipping fee ) on merchandise (not used, not damaged, or not missed parts) accompanied by the original receipt within 14 Calendar Days of purchase. The refund will be issued within 5 Business Days to the original payment method after our RMA department inspects the bike. Please note that all buyers will be responsible for the costs of returning the items unless we delivered the items to you in error.
Returns are not allowed after 14 days of the delivery date.
The deadline for returning your item is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge $200 as handling fee per ebike. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method. Please note, in order to receive a refund, you must notify x-ark shop of any shipment refusal. Failure to do so will cause a significant delay in the receipt of your refund for any refused items.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Products should be in their original condition, unused, and with all original accessories and packaging
- Products that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
- Products must be in working order and free from any defects that hinder their proper functioning.
- The e-bike must readless than 10 miles on the odometer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We will handling refund no later than 3 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
